IMAM IBN IS--H:A:Q AND TAQLI:D OF IBN ISH:A:Q

Engineer Muh:ammad Ali Mirza: the founder of the cult Alimirzaism or Jhelumiah is
a Muqallid of Ibn Is-h:a:d in a comment of him in regard to the question of
existence of S:ah:ih: tradition in the topic of Fad:a:il of Saiyiduna Muaviah RD.
Prerequisites of the discusiion:=
Definition: Technically Taqli:d is defined as to accept some one claim with out
asking him for the proof,with the condition whether that the acceptor of the claim is
distinguished from the claimant, regardless ,whether the claimant is alive or not at
the time of acceptor.
We have neglected the literal meaning of the word Taqli:d since it is a non isuue in
this discussion.

themselves.
It is con restricated to the problems [Masa:il] of Fiqs [Legal Problems] but it is
generalized to the acceptance of any claim what so ever.
How ever the acceptance of the Claims of ALL-H nad His Prophets is not Tqli:d.
Both itba: and Iqtida: are not Tqli:d since it is the acceptance of a Claim after
studying the proof when it is found that the proof is correct.
There are two types of Tqli:ds:=
1] When there is neither a claim in support of the claim nor any proof against the
claim what so ever the claiM may be.
2] When there are some proofs against the claim and no proof in support of the
claim ,yet contray to all proofs against the claim the claim is accepted by the
acceptor of the claim.
3] When there are some proofs either in support of the claim or against the claim,
yet the acceptor doeth not study the claim for any reason [or reasons] what so ever
i t [or they] may be.
We neglect other types since they are insignificant.
Ibn Ish:aq Ra:h-vaih RH claimed that there is not H:adi:th: in the topic or Ba:b or
Chapter of Fad:a:il or Vartues of Saiyuiduna: Mua:viah RD.
Engineer Ali Mirza: did accepted this claim of him that is he Certainly performed his
Taqli:d as according to the above definition in the second type.
Since there are certainly some Traditions in the Ba:b of Fad:ail Of Muaviah RD.

This means that the claim of Imam Ibn Is-h:q R-h-v-ih is wrong and incorrect. One
who accepteth his claim is certainly A Muqallid of second type as stated above.
If the claims or statements of Imam Abu H:ani:fah RH, Imam Sha:faI, Imam Malik
and Imam Ah:mad Bin H:anbal are not acceptable when there are A:adith: which are
contrary their claims, then the same is true for Imam Ibn Is-h:a:q Ra:h-vh RH.
He Constituteth Not Any Exception from the General rule that any claim or
statement or opinion of any one wheter he be Imam Abu H:ni:fah or Imam Sha:fai:
or any other Imam is against some Correct Ah:adi:th: [at least one] , then they are
discarded since the speech and sentences of Prophet are Ultimate and cannot be
rejected.
THE EXISTENCE OR PRESENCE OR BOTH OF AH:A:DI:TH: ARE CERTAIN PROOFS THAT
THE REMARK OF IMAM IBN IS-HJ:A:Q RA:H-V-IH RH is wrong, incorrect and invalid.
What Engineer Ali Mirza is doing is to make every thing topsyturvy.
He is trying convert the Explicit Speech Of the Texts Of H:adi:th: [In
Virtued Of Muaviah ] into implicit Speech or Silence from it Just Because
Some statements Imams [-IMAH] like Imam Ibn Is-h:a:q contradict their
explicit contents of texts.
This is the worst kind of taqli:d .

Please consider the texts of AH:ADI:TH: YOUR SELVES and then decide
whether Engineer Ali Mirza is performing the Tqli:d or he is
misinterpreting and distorting the meanings of Ah:di:th.

If remarks of a Muh:addith: contradicteth the explicit text


of H:adi:th: then one must follow the H:adi:th: and must
not perform the Taqli:d of Muh:Addith:.
