Shanda Technology Overseas Capital Company Limited. Shanda Technology Overseas Capital Company Limited is the sole

shareholder of Shanda Asset Management Holdings Limited. Therefore each of Shanda Media Limited, Premium Lead
Company Limited, Shanda Technology Overseas Capital Company Limited and Shanda Asset Management Holdings
