Dear Ms. Pan,

Thank you for your letter of inquiry dated May 28, 2016. We are pleased to hear
that you are interested in our products. Bulthaup GmBH is leading kitchen
manufacturer from Germany, providing top designer kitchen all over the world
since 1950 with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
We have the pleasure to submit our prices as desired. We offer our existing
customers a 2.5% discount on all orders and we would be happy to extend this
offer to you if you place an order with us before June 30, 2016. Additionally, as a
new customer, you will receive a further 2.5% discount on your total order as
well as free delivery of all the equipment.
Price of each kitchen stated in the quotation is for a complete Bulthaup Kitchen
Islands included all the required fittings, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, storage
space and countertop of Carrara marble. However, Miele dishwashers are highly
recommended as Bulthaup Kitchen Islands dishwasher compartment is designed
according to Miele dishwasher fittings.
It requires 2 persons for 4 working hours to fit one complete kitchen in
favourable conditions. It took 240 working hours in total to fit all 30 kitchens. We
can provide 6 workers at this moment and it took 10 days in total to fit all the
kitchens. If there are any additional hours required to finish the work, we will not
charge for that. For the labour cost please consult the quotation table below.

We require at least 5 working days to start fitting after the date of receipt. If you
require us to start the work later than that, kindly mention your desire dates in
an additional E-Mail/letter before, or within 1 day of receipt of the order.

Terms of payment:
1. Full payment shall be made within the 30 days after receipt of the order.
2. Amount to be transferred in Euro to Bulthaup GmBH bank account with
HSBC, Shanghai. You will get the account details with the invoice.

In addition, I would like to introduce you with our new range of kitchens,
equipped with latest technology and our own Android tablet, specially designed
and manufactured for kitchens that can help in cooking as well as provide the
interface to monitor and handle the kitchen equipment (e.g. dishwasher)
wirelessly. Furthermore, from the next month onwards we are offering special
designs for the kitchens that are designed with traditional Chinese-designs. You
can find all the details in our catalogue attached separately with this email.
