On August 18 2008 I was re-signed to kings sooper 24 because of poor customer service. I
addressed and formulated a plan to change the behavior of the customer and our employees, I
fashioned my new customer care package and facilitated the idea to my new king soopers family.
Proving that change in this case was good. We were dead last in customer service and now our
store can be proud to say that being the best in the company makes our customer want to return.
