7. CHECK OF WIRING
Check of all wires according to circuit diagrams:
supply circuits, polarity, function of consumer devices
complete I/O-check of all signals from/to the excitation system:
- energizing of each digital input one by one
- simulation of all temperature sensor inputs Pt-100
- simulation of all analog inputs 4-20mA, check of range
- set each digital output one by one
- simulation of each analog output, check of range

8. FUNCTIONAL TESTS
Complete functional testing of all the components installed in the excitation cubicles. For details
please see PE-ADZ-7E05010104-PIT-178.

9. PACKING & SHIPMENT

One excitation system consists out of 6 cubicles, therefore a transport separation is foreseen, to
divide one system into 2 times 3 cubicles.
The panels will be equipped with protection pads for the edges and wrapped into a foil for the
transportation to the local logistic company. There all cubicles will be prepared for the shipment by
seaworthy packing.
