Top 10 Fundamental Duties of a M.L.A

Top 10 Fundamental Duties of a M.L.A

I have been trying to nd top 10 fundamental duties of a M.L.A in India and so far I couldn't nd an answer.
Most of the answers I found pointing to Indian constitution, some generic duties which doesn't answer
anything, points from some law book which a layman couldn't understand !!!!.

These days even if you go for a clerical job, employers give the printout of job responsibilities and review the
performance of the employee periodically based on responsibilities but unfortunately I couldn't nd a direct
answer for duties of a M.L.A in India.
I found an answer in one of the thread in this web site says the performance of a M.L.A is/was rated by people
during Election!!!. What I am trying to understand is how I can measure the performance of my current M.L.A
so that this will give a better opportunity nd the best.
Appriciate if anyone could post the top 10 duties of a M.L.A in simple language.
