Building Information Model (BIM)

And Fabrication process
ADF has developed a Building Information
Modeling (BIM) system centered around Tekla
Structures 3D software.
3-D modeling and detailing integrated
to the fabrication, assembly and shipping processes.
Modeling & fabrication data linked
directly to the CNC equipment.
In order to efficiently update the BIM,
ADF uses specialized systems involved in
the fabrication, inspection and delivery
process, all of which communicate and
interface with Tekla Structures.
Our plant layouts are designed and are continuously improved to ensure an optimal and flowing movement between the various steps of the
fabrication and the assembly.
Capacity and efficiency in carrying out
the largest projects.
Versatility to simultaneously handle
complex structural steel projects of
various types.
