A. Understanding E-Government
E-Government is use of the information technology by the government to provide
information and services to its citizens, business, and another thing that concerns the
government. e-Government can be applied to legislative, judicial sector, or public
administration, to increase the efficiency, internal deliver public services, or a democratic
governance process. The point is E-Government is use of the information technology that can
improve relations between the Government and the other parties.
E-Government was brought many benefits, such as:
Service that is better to the community. Information can be provided for 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, without having to wait for office. Information can be sought from the office, the
house, without having to be physically came to the office of government.
The increase a relationship between the government, the suspect business, and the general
public. Is transparency (transparency) then it is hoped that relations between the various

parties.

quality of interaction. Therefore, ICT implemented in various fields human life, and with the
