Levelogger Software & Firmware

Solinst always recommends using the latest software and firmware release.
Current releases can be downloaded at any time, free of charge, from
the Solinst web site at: http://www.solinst.com/Downloads/.

NOTE:
Solinst always recommends that our customers download
the data from their Leveloggers, using the same Levelogger
Software version they were originally programmed with.
Example: If a Levelogger Gold unit was programmed using Levelogger Software 3.4.1,
Solinst recommends first downloading the data from your Levelogger Gold using
Levelogger Software Version 3.4.1 and barometrically compensating the data in that
version first, before upgrading your Levelogger Gold and PC Software to the
latest version. After successfully retrieving the Levelogger data and
barometrically compensating the data (if desired), you can then proceed to
upgrade your Levelogger firmware and PC Software to the latest version.

Leveloader during upgrade. A depleted battery may
cause a communication interruption.

*Note: The Levelogger Junior, looks very similar to the new Levelogger Junior Edge. To determine the difference, look at the serial number on the body
of the Levelogger. If the fourth number in the serial number is 1, it is a Levelogger Junior. If the fourth number is a 2, it is a Levelogger Junior Edge.

Software/Firmware Upgrade Notes:

To upgrade Levelogger Gold or Barologger Gold Firmware from 1.017 or higher, use the latest Firmware Upgrade Utility, which
comes with the latest Levelogger Software version.

To upgrade Levelogger Gold or Barologger Gold Firmware from 1.016 or lower, please contact Solinst.

If you are programming Leveloggers using Levelogger Series Software 3.4.1, you must use Leveloader Firmware 1.200.

Levelogger PC Software Version 3.4.1 is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, XP and Windows 7.

SDI-12 Cables sold after November 1, 2013 will be compatible with all Leveloggers and Rainlogger Models with latest firmware.

Note: The previous version of the Levelogger LT (Mini-Silver) and the LTC (Black Zirconium Oxide) are still
compatible with all of the Solinst communication cables, except the SDI-12 Cable. These Leveloggers are
compatible only with Levelogger PC Software 3.1.1 with Windows 98, 2000 or XP,
and Leveloader Firmware 1.000.
