CYST TREATMENT

Short term solutions

1-Use thyme or oregano, put one or two drops directly on the cyst (thyme is less hot)
Avoid healthy skin around
Only 2 applications are necessary, the cyst breaches and drains
2-Use Oil blend called Purification
It is made by Young Living Essential Oils.
It contains the following:
Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus), lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis),
Melaleuca (Melaleuca alternifolia) lavandin (Lavandula x hybrida), and myrtle (Myrtus communis).
Put several drops of it on twice a day covered loosely by a band-aid.
By day three the cyst may come to a head, expel its contents with gentle squeezing, and it may be gone after
another week.
Or apply the Purification oil two, sometimes three times a day for three or four days.
On the fourth day it may come to a head and express much of its contents.
If it is stubborn you may have to continue to express the waxy like substance for about two weeks after it
comes to a head.
3 - Base of peppermint oil applied directly, then clove, rosemary, and tea tree oils.
It only matters that you apply the peppermint first. apply the oils twice a day, the first after a morning
shower while skin is moist and pores are open (peppermint helps transport the herbs into the skin) the
second before bedtime.
Eliminate the clove oil after the third application
By day two the cyst may open up and you can express the waxy substance.
Clean the site with peroxide and apply peppermint and the tree oil to the skin, NOT DIRECTLY ON THE
OPENING, and then put some more tea tree oil on a bandaid and covered it.
Express repeatedly and clean with those oils.

LONGER TERM SOLUTIONS (up to 1 month)

Top1 - DMSO+CASTOR OIL + TEA TREE OIL (the castor is a carrier oil for the tea tree so this mix can
go directly on the skin)

Top 3 - What about iodine with DMSO, tea tree oil, castor oil and aloe vera gel?
What would be the mix?

4 - SSKI + DMSO
DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide. DMSO is a solvent which can travel very quickly thru your tissues, so it makes a
great transdermal application of other substances.
Be careful with DMSO: it dissolves everything including things you don't want it to dissolve: if you press your
DMSO infused skin on a painted table, the paint will be absorbed as well! Always make sure your skin is
clean before applying. And when the DMSO is absorbed, quickly rinse your skin with water.
The active ingredient is Potassium Iodide (saturated solution is used, often called SSKI)
APPLY YWICE OR 3 TIMES A DAY
The potassium iodide will also kill bacteria

5 - DMSO+CASTOR OIL (compressed)+CLOVE OIL

70% DMSO, 25% Castor, 5% clove

Tea tree (melalleuca) essential oil and aloe vera gel (both 100% pure)
Use absorbent pad and keep in contact with skin during sleep
Or rub in twice a day

7 - Triphala oil and castor oil compressed

50% each
Use absorbent pad and keep in contact with skin during sleep
Or rub in twice a day

8 - Inject with vinegar or ethanol

Small amount can collapse it from the inside

9 - Heat
Softens the sebum so it is reabsorbed

To test if youre sensitive to an essential oil

Combine one drop of essential oil with 1/2 tsp carrier oil (like olive, jojoba, or sweet almond). Rub this on the
inside, upper portion of your arm and wait a few hours. If no redness or itching develops, youre most likely
not sensitive to that essential oil.

CARRIER OILS
Castor oil !!
Basically any of the vegetable, nut, and seed oils that people regularly use for cooking and food preparation
could be used. However, it is important to note that most of the oils you typically find in grocery stores are
highly refined and they contain solvents and petroleum residues. On the other hand, unprocessed oils such
as those marked organic and cold-pressed are the best for Aromatherapy. Unprocessed oils are the
absolute best as they are the richest in vitamins, minerals, and proteins which nourish the skin.

Each of the following Carrier Oils is good for one reason or another. Most people who use Essential Oils for
Aromatherapy purposes find a handful of Carrier Oils that they like and use at different times for different
purposes.
Here are some other popular Carrier Oils:
Apricot Kernel oil good facial oil; high in Vitamins A and B which aid in healing and rejuvenating skin cells

How Much Carrier Oil & How Many Drops of Essential Oil?
As a rule, for every 1/2 oz. (1 tablespoon) of Carrier Oil, youll want about 9 drops of Essential Oil(s) to use
that mixture as a body lotion or massage oil.

To test your essential oil to see how pure it is

Put a single drop of it on a piece of construction paper. If it evaporates quickly and leaves no noticeable ring,
it is pure. If you have a ring left, then it is likely diluted by the manufacturer with an oil of some sort (this test
will not work for myrrh, patchouli, and absolutes).
