Jesse Floyd is a leader in strategic planning, business transformation, change management,

Previously worked with international development organizations in several capacities. As a Senior
Staff Associate with Development Alternatives Inc., 2/1991-12/1993, managed USAID natural
resource management field projects; provided technical assistance in development planning, trade
and investment policy; wrote successful proposals for agribusiness projects; and led project teams on
Mission funded assignments. In this capacity, participated in the Evaluation of Technical Services
Project and analyzed USAID activities in environment and natural resources, urban pollution, and
democratization; wrote successful $15 million proposal to USAID for agribusiness development in
Indonesia; served on World Bank Project Appraisal Teams to member Pacific Island Countries to
examine investments in the fishing industry and evaluate development potentials; and led project
teams that developed the Oman Master Fisheries Development Plan and economic development
plans for American Samoa, Palau, and the island of Mindanao in the Philippines.
Technical Advisor to the U.N. Centre on Transnational Corporations, charged with
implementing advisory projects and training programs to assist developing countries in their
