Project Details:
Project Title: Design and testing of a vertical hydraulic test rig for testing of DN150 magnetic
flow meters.
Company Name: Forbes Marshall
Description: A magnetic flow meter is a device which measures the flow rate of the fluid
flowing through it based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. These flow meters has to
be tested for leakages, therefore the aim of this project was to design a hydraulic test rig for the
testing of DN150 magnetic flow meters and ensure its proper functioning.

Seminar Details:
Seminar Title: Solar Power Towers.
Description: Solar towers generate large amount of heat from sunlight by focusing concentrated
solar radiations on a tower-mounted Heat exchanger (Receiver) with the help of heliostats. This
heat energy is used to produce steam which is then used in the steam turbines for generation of
electric power.
Achievements:
1. Qualified National Talent Search examination organised by Ganit Chhand Mandal,
Nandurbar with A+ grade.(2002)
2. District rank holder in Maharashtra state scholarship examination with rank 8th. (2006)
3. Secured 2nd runner up position in 3D modelling in the event Mechfest 2015.
