Training Coordinator
Served as HR Coordinator assisting in the global preparation for employee training. Partnered with leadership to ensure that
all administrative needs of training capabilities were met. Coordinated all travel, materials, transportation, and
accommodations for trainees. Managed payroll disbursement to ensure that all training participants were properly and timely
compensated. Worked in training team of 15 to support 5 leaders across 4 divisions.
Recognized for quickly learning a new learning management system (LMS), Success Factors; trained peers on
program specifics serving as go-to for questions and support.
