ENGINEERING SURVEYS TEAM HIRE

GEOSCOPE is steering forward its services to civil engineering and contracting companies for
their projects either in a lump-sum or a team-hire, per month, per week or per day.

AS-BUILT SURVEYS (For GIS records)

A finished structure seldom corresponds exactly to the original plans in every detail. Unexpected, usually
unforeseeable difficulties often make variations from the plans necessary or, occasionally, variations may
occur accidentally that are economically unfeasible to correct. The purpose of an AS-BUILT SURVEY is to
record these variations. The as-built survey should begin as soon as it becomes feasible meaning that the
actual horizontal and vertical locations of features in the completed structure should be determined as soon as
the features are erected. At times, variations from the original plans are recorded on new tracings of the
working drawings, on which as-built data are recorded in the place of the original design data when the two
happen to differ. Sometimes, reproductions of the original drawings are used with variations recorded by
crossing out the original design data and writing in the as-built data.

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY is to gather survey data about the natural and man-made features of the land, as
well as its elevations. From this information a three-dimensional map may be prepared. You may prepare the
topographic map in the office after collecting the field data or prepare it right away in the field by Automatic or
Digital Level. The work usually consists of the following:
1. Establishing horizontal and vertical control that will serve as the framework of the survey project/job.
2. Determining enough horizontal location and elevation (usually called side shots) of ground points to
provide enough data for plotting when the map is prepared
3. Locating natural and man-made features that may be required by the purpose of the survey
4. Computing distances, angles and elevations
5. Drawing the topographic map, topographic surveys are commonly identified with horizontal and/or
vertical control of third-and lower-order accuracies

CONTROL SURVEYS
The basis of the surveys entirely depends on the accuracy of the instruments use for the new control station.
We can do the establishing of control or reference point in behalf of the contracting companies by using the
traditional and modern way of methodology.

Multi Storey Buildings and Residential Apartments are the main objective of this type of survey.
It provides coordinated features and attributes of all unit partition of the building in every level.
The building itself is defined relative to its property boundary. It generates 2D and 3D drawings
for each unit that is subject for Property Registration. It provides Realty Developers information
on the distribution of floor areas and its usage.

COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN (CAD) SERVICES

GEOSCOPE provides full range of precision 2D and 3D CAD drafting services including
building plans, construction documents, as-built drawings, working drawings, and other types of
buildings from small residential types to commercial and industrial structures, and construction
projects with general layout, plan, elevation and sections.
