Software Analyst

Lead, challenge and be challenged to develop your skills while working as part of an

Integration Point is looking for candidates that excel in analytical thinking and communication,
with an interest in supply chain operations, to join our highly skilled workforce in our
Melbourne Australia office. As a Software Analyst at Integration Point, candidates will be
responsible for production support, database analysis and reporting, project management,
interface development and technical implementations.
Job Description:

Assist Fortune 500 clients with daily application use


Analyze data to support import/export operations of clients
Apply technology to meet clients supply chain needs
Implement, configure and test solutions for global trade management
Communicate with clients to provide excellent customer service at all times
Work as part of international team of software analysts

Job Requirements:

Superior analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills


Exceptional attitude towards customer service
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Internet-based applications
Limited travel to client sites to assist with implementations and training
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Awareness of programming concepts and database usage
Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to make well thought out
logical decisions
High Distinction/Distinction/GPA 3.5 or above results
Must be legally able to work in Australia without sponsorship
