Research questions
1. to find out what kind of learners are there in this university
2. to find out how many learning strategies they use
3. to see if there are any differences of frequency of using learning strategies
among those different types of learners.
The questionnaire
Subjects:
The subjects were 86 female students in Notre Dame Seishin University who
were learning English. Their ages were from 18 to 22 years old and they
majored in English and English literature.
concerned with learning strategies. I got those questions from the book
(Oxford, R. Language learning strategies Oxford)
Procedure:
In order to collect a lot of data, I asked the subjects to take some time to
answer the questionnaire in class. After collecting some data, I put them
into Excel and made charts.
