It is my pleasure to recommend Valeria Toloconnicov for the position of LCVP OGX in

AIESEC Chisinau for the term 2016-2017 because of her responsibility and
dedication towards the department. Although Valeria has been in AIESEC only for a
year, her commitment and involvement is truly admirable.
Valeria has been my Team Leader, where she showed a remarkable performance,
the kind that will always be there and show full support for her team. When our
department was having a rough time due to the unexpected changes in our
department, she has continued to do her tasks at the utmost level and did not give
up, which I think is a skill of a great leader. Despite Valerias many responsibilities
and her studies at university, she manages to be there for the team.
One of Valerias greatest qualities is that she is very honest and approachable. She
does not impose authority, but makes everyone feel comfortable and a part of the
main, which I think will be of great use with the new recruiters.
