Dear Sir,
This has reference to the ongoing relationship between us and IBIBO Group
Private Limited "ibibo" wherein Ibibo has been acting as our agent to facilitate
the booking of our hotel rooms inter alia through your ecommerce portal(s).
We hereby acknowledge and confirm that ibibo has been remitting to us all the
hotel charges in relation to the guests bookings made by them for us. The said
charges include any taxes charged by us which have been received by Ibibo from
customers for the bookings (including the Hotel/ Rooms Bookings) on our behalf
since the beginning of our above mentioned business relationship.
We hereby declare that we are not registered as a service provider under the
Finance Act, 1994 and are not discharging service tax on the hotel booking
amount received by us as:
