Introductory statement: Since a long time ago people
talk about the abolition of the death penalty, there are many
people that disagree with this decision. They said that is
unmoral, but they deserves this punishment.
B.
Background info: Capital punishment cause death to a
person that is sentenced by the state as a punishment for a
crimes established in the law. Most countries in which it is
applied is used as punishment for crimes as murders, sexual
abuse and political corruption known as capital crimes.
C.
Thesis statement: If the judicial system were
incorruptible and correctly structured, in some cases, where
rehabilitation and reform arent possible, the death penalty
would be an acceptable punishment for these crimes.
