1. JOB PURPOSE
A position is for monitoring and maintaining of field instruments and the Control System DCS /SCADA required to achieving
Desired production of MPP plant.

Implementing Improved Work Processes
Monitoring High-reliability & High failure equipments

Problem Detection
Eradicating Root Cause Problems
Monitoring of the Tasks done for continual improvement

Reduction in breakdown of field and

control system equipments.

Preparing the list of equipments required statutory

approvals.
Adhering to the schedules for compliance.
Fire and Gas Detection System

Confirming the statutory compliance

in time .

Project execution and coordination.

Subordinate development
& maintaining discipline
within the department.

IMS

Understanding the project schemes.

Ensuring intra-departmental activities are carried out as
per desired schedule.
Preparing Factory Acceptance checklist.
Inspection of equipments on receipt.
Installation and commissioning of the system.
Training imparted to Inst and Operation group.
Give sufficient guidance to enable engineers groom
themselves to the requirements of the organization and
the requirements of the department.
Establishing, implementing and maintaining of Integrated
Management Systems (Quality, Health and Environment
management systems) in accordance with the
requirements of International Standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001)

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications / Relevant Experience

BE-Instrumentation with 6 to 9 years experience in chemical, petrochemical & refineries.
