GDP 2016: Humanitarian Development Project Grant Proposal

I.

Project Summary:
The purpose of this project is to establish housing for underprivileged,
disabled, displaced, and welfare populations at minimal government
expenditure (Individuals and Families). In addition the project will serve to
maintain the optimal function and ability to thrive in these populations by
minimal means. The project will serve to reduce healthcare expenditure,
encourage independence, withdrawal from monetary necessities, provide
land for purpose, and support those who are displaced from the workforce
without adequate means of stabilizing their health and finances. The design
is intended based on the belief that much of the displacement of populations
today, directly relates to the organized crimes of business and the disguise of
divinity.

II.

Organizational description and History:

Art in Heaven Hell on Earth was founded in September of 2015. The
foundation was started based on the awareness that business and monetary
gain are superseding the fundamentals of our constitution within the ranks of
our country. The unfortunate design gives ultimate power to the monetary
scales capable of limiting the ability of average American citizens from
utilizing their rights to stand their ground, speak freely, and produce accurate
press. The activity condoned this day and time pressures constitutional
rights to the conformation of money agendas. In consideration that much of
the activity related to business agenda is the new undisclosed organized
crime, the Art in Heaven Hell on Earth foundation chose to speak on this
behalf despite the pressures of business and divinity.
Citizens with the ranks of our current society have learned to survive solely
on the businesses around them. Not only has the ability to thrive on minimal
necessity become a problem but the knowledge to do so has also been
greatly lost. Fortunately there are still those who seek that knowledge and
utilize it even to this very day. My organization wants to seek their resource,
utilize their resource, and reintegrate these basic fundamentals back into the
populations in need.

III.

Background:
Over the course of the past year the organization, which is currently internet
based, has acquired a small but concerned group of viewers. It is the
organizations founder that is in the belief that our constitution is amended to
the agendas of government collapse. In addition, we harbor a government
foundation based on printed money rather than populace, business managed
based on the lack of education, purposeful misinformation, and a sole ability
to thrive among populations dependent on business compliance over
constitutional rights.

This organization not only seeks to gain control over business power but
place government foundations back in the abilities of thriving citizen
populations. In relation to the project, those citizens who have been
displaced are given what they need, the education to utilize given resources,
minimize monetary dependence in the support of business power, and create
a structure capable of counterbalance. The structure will adhere and uphold
the laws of constitutional rights and allow a population of displaced capable
citizens to influence at equal strength to the business weighted country.
The reasons for displacement in capitalist society range from psychological
incompatibility, philosophical incompatibility, religious incompatibility, sexual
incompatibility, educational incompatibility, and juvenile/criminal
incompatibility. Most businesses in todays society do advertise the
trademark EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer) but business still leaves final
decision to personal philosophies within their individual systems. These are
obviously broad range classifications related to individual incompatibility, but
also directional avoidance from litigation to their operations, and
maintenance of reputation. Outside of government legal code micro
constriction is created by business attempt to not only appeal to the
consumers of goods, but persuade for revenue among the mainstream ego.
The business of the local and federal governments have as well followed suit
in order to maintain competitive revenue as well. In order to eliminate
government competition and stabilize the welfare of US citizens, I have
proposed that the foundation be redirected to the welfare of those displaced
in incompatibility. Although there is no perfect system this is a living
system.
IV.

Project Description:
Stage 1: Initially the project starts out much like a rental lot and camping
center in order to produce revenue and reduce government spending on the
building and maintaining of structures. Small 1 room or loft style structures
for families, are equipped with kitchenette section, toilet section, cabinetry,
storage, Heat(Fireplace) and AC, sky lights and windows, front porch, front
door, back door, one futon/bed per sleeping area, are established for rent and
occupancy for low rate. Electricity not equipped to the individual units,
electricity available only at the grounds central community building. Central
AC units will supply more than one structure and each building will have a
manual damper to redirect flow. Above the toiletry and sinks are potable
water tanks which require daily filling from hand pumped water wells located
at strategic points throughout the grounds. Night lighting throughout
grounds will be based on produced resources at the site (Charging equipment
and natural fuels). Community center will be equipped with cafeteria,
entertainment center, bar lounge, heated pool/bath, cool pool, wash room,

library study, and open floor gym/hall. Rules and regulations will apply. On
the grounds will be a greenhouse and farm maintained by the residents and
volunteers, fish pond, walking and running locations, field and open court.
Stage 2: Converting the rental property into a society. This is a society that
does allow the general public outside of displaced situations to participate
and live within as well. Being that their allowed presence did not require
routing from a physical/mental health or social institution they are capable of
volunteering their services and utilizing the facilities for residence as well.
Employment outside grounds will be allotted just the same. Federal and local
governments, health clinicians, adult and childhood educational staff will be a
critical component to the establishment of regulations for the grounds and
displaced parties. Proof of displacement (Psychiatric ailment, disability,
previous incarceration, failure to thrive financialy/welfare) will be necessary
for those utilizing this service for these populations as well as given first
priority in residence. It is important to understand that if an individual is
directed to this society they must be willing to participate and submit
themselves for an allotted amount of time as decided by them in
collaboration with the routing party (temporary and permanent appeal are
possible). Compliance with rules and regulations is also necessary to
maintain stay. Curfews will be implemented with privilege beyond based on
the individual needs. This is not being designed to be a prison camp.
Privileges including, legal substance, shared motor vehicle usage (adhereing
to state laws and grounds privilege), scheduled transportation,
entertainment, and activities will still be available. If another route is
preferred, it is possible to leave the grounds, depending on the grounds you
came in on. Someone may choose to live with their family, someone may
believe an assisted living situation could better suit their needs.
Appeal to local businesses for labor pick up and displaced occupants for
signup. 99% of work on site will become mostly volunteer based, cooking,
cleaning, prepping, etc.
Stage 3: Becoming a business operation for non-profit. Restaurant and bar,
brewery, agriculture, art, music, and Entertainment are all possible activities
for the society and revenue producing measures. Creating brands that
appeal to the mainstream consumer. Generating revenue that returns to the
health, wellness, facilities, education, and development of the society.
V.

Project timeline/Budget timeline:

As of yet there is not an assigned start date for any such project, but upon
the start date I estimate the time necessary to build the first grounds will
require approximately 6 months utilizing contracts willing to minimize
personal gain by allowing voluntary labor. If voluntary labor can be further
acquired from the routing of displaced parties this may enhance the process.
