For Cover exceeding depth 0.6m, the HAUDL/KEL does not adequat
traffic loading. In these circumstances the HA UDL/KEL combinatio
replaced by 30 Units HB Loading, dispersed through the fill. Howe
case Hb Load = 45 k N, hence for analysis purposes Ha loading has
ignored.
