SUBJECT: Waste Disposal and Dune Sand Requirement

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This to request for the disposal of our Waste Silt/Mud/Oversize (approx. 2,000
cu. m.) to be thrown to the Madam dumpsite to create more space within our
plant yard. We may also acquire Dune Sand from or near the NCC quarry on the
return trip of our truck. The location of the quarry is less than 10 km. away from
the municipality dumpsite. We need dune sand to be mixed at least 25% to our
crushed sand product to enhance fines modulus appropriate for concrete
plastering works.
