Telephone call was received from SPO4 Aaron Bangsael, Investigator-On-case of

Baguio City Police Station 7 on or about 2:45pm of July 5, 2016 informing that SOCO
assistance is needed at UB House Parking Lot, University of Baguio, General Luna
Road, Baguio City re: Alleged;

c. Letter request received at the crimes scene from Baguio City Police Station.

A.FACTS OF THE CASE;

The SOCO team led by the undersigned immediately proceeded to the place of incident
and arrived at about 2;50pm July 5, 2016. Upon arrival, the team immediately coordinated with
SPO4 Aaron Bangsael, Investigator-On-case.
Police line was installed by PO2 Leonard Aquino and PO2 Francisco Ducayag Jr, first
responders before the arrival of the SOCO Team.
Information gathered from a concerned citizen Angelo Immutna, that while he was going
to smoke in the area, he noticed a dead body specifically found at UB House Parking Lot,
University of Baguio, General Luna Road, Baguio City. He immediately called the Baguio City
Police Station 7. The victims body was later identified as Mr. Ibrahim Suarez, 20 years of age
and a resident at UB House Parking Lot.
After coordination with the IOC, the SOCO Team immediately processed the crime
scene and collected possible evidences.

2. ICOW the above reference, respectfully submitted is the Report on Crime Scene
Investigation conducted on July 5, 2016 at the UB House Parking Lot, University of Baguio,
General Luna Road, Baguio City for alleged Robbery with Homicide incident.
3. The following are the significant activities and information:

a. That the First Responders led by PO2 Leonard Aquino arrived at the crime scene
o/a 2:15pm of July 5, 2016, and was able to secure and establish the security cordon o/a
2:25pm on July 5, 2016.
b. That the Investigator-on-Case arrived at the crime scene on/about 2:30pm of July
5, 2016 and thereafter assumed responsibility over the crime scene and conducted inquiry on
the incident;
c. That members of the SOCO TEAM (if applicable) led by S/Insp. Ulyssis Bangsara
arrived at the crime scene o/a 2:50pm and conducted forensic investigation and collected all
potential pieces of evidence; and
d. That the crime scene was formally released to Ms Cassandra Nabus of University of
Baguio and security cordon was lifted on/a 4:00pm.
