RELEASE DEED

THIS RELEASE DEED is executed on this Eighteenth day of

Hereinafter called the `RELEASEE (which expression shall where
the subject or context, allows or admits of, be deemed to include
their legal heirs, executors, administrators and representatives)
WHEREAS, the parties were the joint owners of the land bearing,
a) All that piece and parcel of the Agricultural property which
is morefully described in the Schedule hereunder and
hereinafter referred to as the SCHEDULE PROPERTIES.

WHEREAS, initially the Releasee No.2 & 3 and later on the


Releasee 1 to 3, have entered into certain arrangements in respect
of the Schedule Property and certain work in carried out in the
open in the Schedule Property, without impediment from any
person whatsoever, including the Releasor herein. However, of late
the Releasor is claiming a share in the Schedule Property.
WHEREAS, there afterwards, the parties had several sittings and at
the intervention of well-wishers and friends, the parties have
agreed to settle the outstanding issues between them and have
decided to reduce the same into writing and this Release Deed is
executed as hereunder:
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH:
1.
That in pursuance to the nature and circumstances under
which the parties are placed and the larger interest of the joint
family and the relationship between the parties, the Releasor has
agreed to Releasee her entire undivided right and interest, if any, in
the Schedule Property in favour of the Releasee on receipt of the
payment
of
a
sum
of
Rs./-

(Rupees..only) in full and final settlement of all


her claims.
2.
That the Releasee, without prejudice to their rights, have on
this day paid a sum of Rs/- (Rupees
Only) by way of Demand Draft bearing No..dated
drawn onin full and final settlement of all
claims of the Releasor, before the witnesses attesting hereunder.
3.
That the Releasee is already in possession of the Schedule
Property and the Releasor is not in possession of any portion of the
Schedule Property. However, the Releasor declares that she has
delivered symbolic possession of the Schedule Property on this day
to the Releasee herein.
4.
The Releasor declares that except the Releasee, none else
has any right, title or interest over the Schedule Property and the
Release are the absolute owners of the Schedule Property.
5.
The Releasor declares that hereinafter the Releasee shall pay
all taxes and other payments to the concerned departments in
respect of the Schedule Property.
6.
The market value of the share of the Releasor in the
Schedule Property is Rs../- (Rupees . Only)
and a stamp duty of Rs/- (Rupees Only) is paid as
per the provisions of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957.
