Day 2 low carbs,


day 3 no carbs, day 4 low carbs,
day 5 no carbs, day 6 high carbs,
day 7 low carbs. Repeat.
On high carbs day ill have like eggs, bacon, 1 slice of wheat bread for meal 1.
Meal 2 ill have like chicken salad / and a oil vineager salt pepper mix for sauc
e. Meal 3 ill have a penne pasta with chicken. Meal 4 protein shake. Snacks ill
have almonds or tbsp of peanut butter. Fruit if its before my meal 2.
Low carbs day ill plan it around nutrition facts on stuff. Like oats for meal on
e. Meal 2 will be chicken salad and chicken or turkey. Meal 3 will be chicken an
d a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter. Meal 4 protein shake.
No carbs is obvious. No breads, pastas, etc.
Not having carbs will make you feel like you have no energy and your short tempe
red.
For proteins have chicken, tilapia, tuna, turkey.
