Me and my example.

Im very introverted, but contrary to what many assume I dont dislike being social and Im
definitely not shy. The truth about the difference between introverts and extroverts lies in how
personal energy is used and gained. Introverts need a lot of recharging time to gain energy. Being
out-and-about, especially in social situations, is draining. Alone time is the only way to get that
energy back. Extroverts are the opposite in that they gain energy from social interactions. They
thrive on the excitement of meeting people and doing new things. During that time I've spend as
much of my time alone, regaining the energy that Id lost in the years before. I've lost contact
with many of my friends, stopped playing my favorite sport, stopped going out partying. As
strange it may sound Im glad now that I took this time for myself.

Introverted vs. Extroverted : My extroverted score is 47 % and my introverted score is

the "people" part of a situation.

life, like to have things settled and organized.

Sensing score is 56% intuitive score is

44% . I solve problems by working through facts until I understand the

problem And I trust experience first and trust words and symbols less.
My intuitive score is 44% because I am interested in doing things that are
new and different. And Sometimes I think so much about new
possibilities that I never look at how to make them a reality.

motivation to seek out social rewards. You probably have some desire for admiration,
influence, and prestige, but you can also be content when youre not winning recognition
from others.
