ESTERON @ JUNIOR TUPAK, thus, sentencing him to suffer the penalty of LIFE IMPRISONMENT and a FINE of Two million pesos (P2,000,000.00), to be remitted to the Trust Fund, pursuant to Section 20, RA No. 9206 and maintained by the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking, c/o the Secretary, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Manila SO ORDERED.
