* All about Self?
i have born and brought up in a Kota, beautiful city of
royal Rajasthan with a blessed and fully supportive family.
Being a child i love to do acting. i have always been
creative since childhood, i love painting. later i moved to
Vadodara, for my graduation where i did graduation in
community science. i did MBA from Ahmedabad University
pursuing gold medal in human resource management.
during college time i started ramp modelling and print
shoots as i was getting offers. Apart of being modelling
and acting i love to cook, yes i am very good cook. i love to
sing, i am nation winner of group singing competition.
* What are You lovingly called at Your home-sweet-home?

* Can You bring back Your childhood memories?
The memories of childhood have their own kind of
nostalgia. With the passage of time, one feels more
attached to this childhood, When I recollect the days of
my childhood, I feel very delighted over that pleasant
period which I spent in high spirits. In my childhood I was
carefree, having no worries at all. I really miss the days of
reading comics, chocolates and jam rolls. It is this period
of childhood which has been described by poets and
writers. To recollect the past is to plunge ourselves in a
state of nostalgia. I too miss those good old days which
had flown by so quickly.

* Your dreams and aspirations as a little girl?

i wanted to be a teacher or news reader, had never
thought about glam industry.
* Where do You draw all Your inspirations from?
Well, I am not having any role model or icon for
this inspiration. I started by my own. I was under
influence of Shilpa Shetty and Deepika Padukone. Both of
them started their career as a model and became
successful actress.
* Having come a long way, how much have You gained and
grown as a great Model?

well being an extremely fair and curvaceous, during the
time of graduation i got opportunities for walk for various
designer, i started working professional. i became face of
various contests. Later i got work for print shoots and tvc
etc. After shifting to mumbai, i got some good brands,
hoardings and then journey begins After shifting to
Mumbai, it was very tough to survive in throat cutting
competition. I quickly understood the importance of
preparation, hard work and respect. I applied these values
to my endeavours by making an inventory of
resources, planning my activities for efficiency, working
on my goals every single day. My hard work started
giving results. I was really appreciated for my dedication
and professionalism. I started getting good
brands, hoardings and the never ending journey begins
* Having come a long way, how much have You gained
and grown as a great Actress?

Coming to the acting, currently i am shooting for my
bollywood debut movie MANGAL HO. I have also worked
in serials like POLICE FACTORY and SUMEET SAMBHAL

LEGA. i had done couple of promo shoots for serials like

NAGIN and SASURAL SIMAR KA which had been great hit.
* What makes You so passionate about Modelling &
Acting?
Modelling is about what's on the outside, and that's it.
There's no searching, it's just creating pretty things.
People see a pretty girl, and they expect to see a pretty
face. The reason I am really passionate about acting is
because I love the feel of facing camera. With acting, the
thing you do is try to look someone who you are not
intact. When I started chilling out and learning to say yes
to acting , I realised that there was a future and I could do
more stuff... I've never been so good. When I started
looking after myself, that's when I started getting acting
roles. Acting is something very close to me and it makes
me a happier person.

* What does it take be a good Model & a good Actress?

well, modelling is quite easy job needing self confidence,
and body language . Coming to the acting its more difficult
to face camera pretending someone who you are not.
acting requires a great observation to built a character,
good memory to recall the complete script,
a self
confidence, good communication and finally perfect
execution.

* How difficult is the task for a newcomer to step into the

business?
Of course its too difficult for a newcomer to establish
himself or herself in bollywood. Mumbai is a very harsh,

lonely place when you come here for the first time. I think
being an outsider in the city is tough. If you are from the
industry, you know people, you know how the industry
functions, you know whom to meet and it becomes much
easier to get a meeting because your family knows them.
but here i would like to quote my favourite sentence. A
dream doesnt become reality through magic; it takes
sweat, determination and hard work. Do not limit
yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think
they cant do. You can go as far as your mind lets you.
What you believe, remember, you can achieve.
* If You ever remember Your very-very first big break in
the Entertainment industry?

yes, a tvc for RUN FOR UNITY campaign . A campaign for
our prime minister SHRI NARENDRA MODIJI.

* You were a face on advertisement commercial campaigns

* About Your debut in Bollywood?

It is first ever bollywood comedy sci-fi movie named

MANGAL HO. where i am sharing screen with veteran
artist like Anu Kapoor, Sanjay Mishra and Vrijesh Hirji.
*You may elaborate on Your debut Bollywood act in
Mangal Ho
Well, i can not disclose more things about movie right now
but i can say that it will be a must watch fun loving family
movie with totally different concept in Indian cinema.
* The Bollywood films Youve worked on.
And the new Bollywood films Youre working on?
i don't believe in number of films, rather i believe in
quality and content. Currently i am looking for couple of
decent bollywood productions, one telugu movie and one
gujarati movie. lets see how things are going on.

* If offered a role in Hollywood movies?

of course yes, why not. i am extremely optimistic but
simultaneously i keep my feet on the ground. let the time
come, i believe to talk about right thing on right time.

*How about cross-over films?
Crossover Films has emerged as an important beneficiary
of Global multiples culture which is now an equally
established phenomenon in India. In upcoming years I
hope to be working on an international projects, that
enables me to utilise my talent and work closely with
renowned artists. I see myself taking on new and exciting
challenges in an enjoyable environment and hopefully this
will be come true someday.
* Your works as a VJ and an AnchorPerson?
yeah couple of time i have done and used to do in college
time, but professionally i had done very rarely

* If worked on small screen on any television serials?

yeah, I have worked in serials like POLICE FACTORY and
SUMEET SAMBHAL LEGA. i had done couple of promo
shoots for serials like NAGIN and SASURAL SIMAR KA
which had been great hit.
* If fond of Music?
for me music is just like an analgesic. music is in my soul.

*Do You believe in the Art Of Dancing?

yeah, though i am not trained dancer but i love dance. and
willing to learn whenever i get chance in near future.
* Who are Your major influences in life?
I have made some rules my life. These rules are my major
influence. e.g. What my mind sees. What i allow my ears
to. What i read. What i think about. This is probably the
most powerful force that influences my future and to
whom i associate with. This is the big one! The single
greatest influence on my life is the people i allow to
influence myself.
* What is your style & lifestyle like?
being 11th feb my birthday i am die hard aquarian. i don't
believe in form of astrology etc. i believe only
in Ds.
Dreams, Dedication, Determination and Dont give up.
Consistency matters a lot. Difference between winning
and losing is most often not quitting.
* How would You define Style in Your own simple words?

Style is knowing who you are, what you want to say, and
not giving a damn. It is an effortless confidence in being
yourself, it is a way of putting yourself together according
to your mood and what you want to project. according to
me style means elegance, style means being in comfort
zone. style is an expression of individualism mixed with
charisma. Fashion is something that comes after style.
* Are You very dress-conscious?
ooops, now don't ask me this. i am too much brand
conscious. i prefer Valentino Garavani, Raf Simons,
Miuccia Prada, Ritu Kumar and Wendell Rodricks.
* Your wardrobe like?
black trousers, pair of jeans, pencil skirts, cardigans,
blazers, striped tops, solid- flown a-line skirts, pops of
colours among neutrals in the rest of the outfits. scarves,
Boots,
Colourful heels,
Jersey knit dresses, fancy
schmancy dresses, halters, chiffon maxi. i prefer decent
and elegant, not bold one. i prefer Polka dots or florals in
pastels over loud ones, white is my fav colour.
* What really brings in sophistication and makes a woman
look attractive?
Being elegant and sophisticated doesn't necessarily mean
you have to know about EVERYTHING, but it simply means
that you take an interest in things around you. That means
she can be confident and comfortable in all situation, even
in the uncommon ones. She makes the effort to learn and
be open-minded. She is accepting and welcomes diversity.
That makes her comfortable in everywhere she goes. She
is not self-conscious - thinking, fretting and sweating
about not knowing. Perfect Posture, attentiveness, sense
of humour, perfect eye contact, self confidence make a
woman look attractive.

* You on Your beauty secrets?

i don't need heavy make up, my skin is smooth and silky.
but i do keep essentials in my bag always with me like,
Bioderma sensibio, embryolisse, homeoplasmine, LOral
elnett satin hair spray, RMS luminizer, MAC ruby woo
lipstick, maybelline lashes mascara.

* Are You are into Your own business as well?

not yet, but as i am MBA gold medalist, in future i will set
my own business in glam industry, i have few things in my
mind but right now i am focused on my work.
* Your favourite spots You can be spotted?
not specific, i love travel and i never travel the same place
second time..
* You do maintain Yourself so well. Do you mind sharing
about Your health diet?
well i believe i don't need to work hard on my body. i just
maintain it by normal exercise. though i am not so diet
conscious, i eat all things. my metabolism is suitable to my
requirements helping me to maintain without dieting or
starving.
* How do You so well-balance with Your personal and
Your professional sides of life?
Assigning priorities and adhering to them, creating proper
schedule and trying to stuck it, eliminating distraction,
and sometimes by saying NO, i keep my mind wiped when
i am with family or at home. i am working to live, not
living for work.
* Your special interests in life?

* Painting, Reading, travelling, cocking. I am a religious

person and live by Jainism. Everyday I offer prayers. I
am a pure vegetarian, non-smoker and non-alcoholic.
* If You are part and parcel of any Organisation or
Association engaged in Social Service activities?

Charities that deal with children. I volunteer for one and
some stories you hear are just heartbreaking. I would also
donate to any charities that deal with domestic abuse,
patients and animal welfare.
*Interestingly, You are a voracious Reader?

* Where do You find Your peace of mind?
when i am alone. i do spend 1 hour everyday alone.
* What is that one best thing which makes You feel so
very special in Your life?
the best thing is yet to come. awaited..
* Everyday, how do You make Your every single day a very
special day?
i am workaholic, work is worship for me. when i am
working everyday is special to me. without work i am just
getting screwed
* Share some of the greatest moments of Your life?
When i was born.. lol. whenever i had got first rank in my
school and college; i don't rem exact numbers how many
times. lol , when i got gold medal in MBA, my first kiss,
my first salary, my first modelling project, my first cover
page.. so many

* Your simple piece of mind to the happening generation,

today?
Yes, I strongly believe in determination and dedication.
Stick to your basics, work hard and most important thing
is never give up at any cost. People will deny you but at
last they will accept if you keep yourself updated. All the
best!!
* What do You look ahead in life for?
It is very difficult to say about future as it is uncertain.
But everyone has dreams many wishes to do in the
upcoming years. I also have some desire to do. I will fulfil
those dreams and to became successful in all aspects and
want to be in a position where everyone feels that I am a
good actress.
* And if You can think of anything else that I have missed
out on?
yes.. bottomline of my personal experience I strongly
believe success has no short cut. Work hard, keep
calm, wait for right time and right opportunity but never
compromise at any cost.
