MetalCapSeal

Stainless steel metal end caps provide an antiextrusion

mechanismandencapsulatethesealforprotection.Becauseit
contains a radially squeezed pressure energised rubber core, it
can tolerate surface imperfections and mechanical damage on
thewellheadbore.

BondedSeal

The bonded seal is used in workover and sand control

operations.Withthebondingofelastomertoasteelcore, this
servetopreventexcessiverubbercompressionunderloading.

Casing&TubingHangerPacker

Casing and Tubing Hanger Packer vary considerably in design.

They generally comprise a square or rectangular section profile
that is compressed axially in a housing to generate a radial
sealing force against a casing or tubing. The packer may be
homogeneousrubber,orincorporate reinforcement in the form
offabric,steelmeshorgarterspring.

PackerElement

Downhole Packer Elements typically used in downhole shut off

tools can be custom molded or machined in most elastomeric
materials from low cost NBR to high performance, high
temperatureFFKM.

ValveStemPacking

Valve Stem Packing comprises an assembly of parts made of

PTFE, PEEK and Egiloy Spring. It has several sealing lips to
withstand large extrusion gaps, potential misalignments, and
roughsurfacefinishes.Typicalapplicationsareasseal in valve
stem,choke,fishingtool,andpumps.

VeeRingPacking

Vee Ring Packings are stocked in various configurations and

material. Common uses include chemical injection pump
packing,fracpumps,valvestempacking,anddownholetools.
They are available in homogeneous rubber, fabric, PTFE and
PEEK

UPacking

TheUPackingcomprisesaPTFEjacketbondedsecurelywiththe
NBRorVitonenergizer.

BraidedPacking

Braided Packing is used for numerous applications including

transfer pumps, down hole screw pumps, centrifugal pumps,
and valve stem packing. Various materials such as PTFE and
graphitecanbechosenforcorrectapplication.

InjectablePacking

This is used typically in stuffing boxes, valves, pump, and

mechanicalequipment.
Desco625PAK:forwellheadcrossoversealsandPseals.
Desco BLACK STEMPAK : for high temperature hydrocarbon
service.
DescoHSPAK:forwellheadcrossoversealsandPseals.Under
sourgasservice.
Desco ARCTIC PAK : for water and steam service under low
temperatureconditions.
