Led the process to become a certified Ginnie Mae issuer, significantly enhancing the banks profitability by
delivering into the secondary market via mortgage securitization.

Appointed to ALCO after promotion to this senior management position.

Responsible for balance sheet risk management functions for bank with total of assets of $175 million.

Designed the fair value valuation model for reverse mortgage servicing rights, achieving buyoff from bank
regulators and public accountants, adding $10 million in asset value to balance sheet.
Established an investment portfolio totaling $30 million which received approval of the bank Board and
federal regulators. Portfolio was subject to quarterly regulatory review and audit.

Strategic development of business models to maximize cash flow and improve capital position and interest
rate spreads, while achieving significant cost savings and acceptable interest rate risk.

an attractive premium to Bank of America. Developing creative strategies that allowed transaction to move

Key member of team responsible for the first private securitization of reverse mortgages total MBS at
issuance was $100 million.
Developed and delivered national presentations to potential investors and rating agencies resulting in the
bank becoming the first rated servicer for reverse mortgages (Standard & Poors.)
