MONTAGE
Date Created: May 28, 2016
Programs Used: Adobe Photoshop
Course: COMM 130
Instructor: Ben Pingel
Description: Montage poster with a religious or

inspiring theme.

Objectives: This project gained me experience

in the blending powers of Photohop. I was required

to create seemless blends of images, Additionally,
I had to provide an inspirational quote or scripture
and style the typography.

Processes: I found images of the Rexburg, Idaho

LDS Temple and artwork of a chorus of angels. I
used the paint brush masking feature to blend the
angel image with the Rexburg sky so as to make it
look like angels were pushing away the clouds and
revealing a beautiful nights sky.
I designed the typography word by word and then
colored it to match the background color scheme.

process for the logo - the WL combination. Then I
organized my contact information onto a business
card in InDesign. I developed a color scheme that
was easy to read and attractive.
