Executive Summary:
Team Monsters are presenting the first ever Multiplan gaming zone in Bangladesh
Body Tag. We are originally introducing laser Tag. And our target is to provide
our customers a whole new level of gaming experience. To keep up with the
expectation of our customers, we will bring some other new games in future. We
Team Monsters are trying to bring a revolutionary change in the field of games in
Bangladesh by Body Tag.
Our Technicolor 3-d effect and different theme on field will be the wow element
for us. We are also offering friendly and open-space refreshment court for our
customers where they can get deliciously and healthy food. And there are also
some arrangements to hold parties for birthday get together class parties and other
social parties. We have well trained staffs team who will make sure to maintain a
healthy environment for hangouts and a quality time with family. We believe in
building customer relationship by impressing them with our amazing service.
Our target markets are the youth, corporate persons and the families who want to
have a different and quality experience. We will help to eliminate monotony,
manage anger, relief stress and build relationships improved like father son tie. So
here we are not only selling a service but giving an shot to live better. We have our
Facebook page and web page to attract to all kinds of customers looking for
recreational alternatives.

Company Overview of Body- Tag

Company Summary:
Body Tag-tag the enthusiasm in you. To complete this slogan, yes we are going to
introducing the first ever multiple gaming zone in the history of Bangladesh, Body
Tag. We want to have Laser tag in our start up business plan. And in future, we will
announce some other games such as paint ball, squash, pool and tennis. The main
objective of Body Tag is to deliver new level of experience to the customers with a
friendly atmosphere. Body Tag will help people to pass a quality time with friends
and family. We hope that Body Tag will enhance a new dimension in the era of
Bangladesh. For our location, we have chosen a premise in Sector# 14, Uttara,
Dhaka. We are going to decorate the premise in a unique style that will attract
everyone.

Company Ownership:
Body Tag is a partnership enterprise where majority of the shares are owned by
AlviAlam and MdMafizurSarker. There are four other members associated with the
company. They are AndalibAzfarChowdhury, MohiuddinChowdhury,
RaihanurRezwanPrapto and ZahangirAlamChowdhury.

Startup Summary:
To start a business, its needs proper a planning cause starting a business is not a
easy task. And to start this business we started the process form 10th January, 2016
and we will inaugurate this multi-gaming zone from 26th March on Independence
Day. On this day we will provide free entry for all of our guests. At first of the

event there will be a discussion program with audiences about our company. After
the discussion program, there will be a Party in a separate room and DJ equipment
will be set up and also there will be disco lights for the inaugurated. Besides we
will have to make sure media coverage for our start up party. And to support us we
will invite lots of renown celebrity of Bangladesh.

according the customers select theme available to us.

Product:
We, the Body-Tag are launching Laser Tag, the gaming arrangement as our
product for the very first time in Bangladesh.

Service Description:
This type of multiple gaming zones is first time in the ground of our country
Bangladesh. Yet we need to set a standard class so that we can continue the topper
even if there will be high race. We try our best to provide superiority service to our
customers. As we are new in the arena of our service. We will stay a long time in
the growth and middle age stage.

Product Description:
Laser Tag is eventually a game which is played in indoor or outdoor zone, for
playing this game a group of at least 6 persons are needed. 6 persons are divided
into two teams and they play as opponents. Players have to tag their opponents and
shoot them with their laser guns. The team that will shoot every opponent first they
win the game. In Laser Tag game we need laser guns, sensor jackets, mobile device
for getting the information and position of opponent players and also a trainer who

will teach players the rules and regulation of the game. Players have to save or
protect their VIP as well for given time limit, if opponents succeed to tag the VIP,
the team will lose.

Competitive Comparison:
As Body Tag is launching the Laser Tag for first time in Bangladesh, there is no
current competitors for Body Tag, but we know that there is always a risk of
competitors. So, we are hoping Concord Group, Jamuna Future Park gaming zone,
and all rich and well recognized movie theaters, parks, and group productions, as
our upcoming competitors.

Technology:
Body Tag is using the LED light which can change its color randomly, that means
the players of one team can suddenly become the opponent of the team. We are
providing our customers the pack shows with more information, where they can
see their team performance somewhere on the package. This screen will even tell
the player, who just tagged them and which sensor they shoot, which power-up
player just received, or that the player is hungry or need to buy a drink or food.
Body-Tag is using battery equipment, for which packs can run all day on a single
charge and they can also be plugged in with simple and easily available cords, by
simply touching a connector plate on the inside of the pack, or now even wirelessly
through the vesting racks! Body Tag is also using the radio technology, for
managing the music system and also for the option of shutting down the
mischievous players. So, Body Tag is providing their customers a space age dream
to a true trapped-in-the-videogame state.

Future Products and Services:


No business is out of the risk of the players, Body-Tag has no player yet, but we
know that after 1/2 years we have to face them. For this we have some future
products, as a backup to compete with the players, for increasing our profits, and
also for running our business in the long. Body Tag will include squash, dance pad
and paint ball.

Market Analysis Summary:


In Bangladesh, there is a huge market for real life of gaming but no company to
meet their needs. That is why we Team Monsters decided to give our youth the
chance that they were eagerly waiting for. Our main target people are the youth
generation of our country, mainly students of universities, colleges and young
corporate people. Aside from them, families and tourists are also in our target list.
Though this kind of game is new in our country and was not in our trend before but
now the view of people has changed drastically. Dhaka, being a multicultural
neighborhood, with closeness to schools, colleges and corporate offices like has
been the epicenter of evolution. Moreover the idea of the game Laser Tag is totally
new in Bangladesh and it is very popular in other countries. Our nearest country
India is also providing this kind of gaming experience and according to online
survey in India, an average number of games played was 413,000/7.5 =55,066
games last year.
So, it is fairly clear that our recent market will also have that type of demand soon
but we do not have any competition yet. But as every other growing industry, it is
quite predictable to have more and more competitors later. Our expected
Competitors are Concord Group, Jamuna Group and Bashundhara Group etc.

Market Segmentation:
We have segmented the market place depending on the age range and our people
will be with 10-50, 50+ age limits. School, Colleges and university students and
employees are our target.
We will be highlighting on the below segments:

Though our core target is to get the people existing in the capital Dhaka and the
people immediate but we are also expecting people all around Bangladesh and also
foreigners who looking for to do some fun stuff while being in Dhaka.

We Team Monsters trust the youth group our society is keen to do fun activities
and sports. As our current gaming market is not that efficient with cool and new
generation materials, we will be ahead some modest edge over the market. Body
Tag is for the people who are youth not by age but by mind, our goal is to give this
segment the ultimate gaming experience.

Market demands:

It refers the sum of demands of a particular product for a certain time period in a
specific market. It means the want of a product among consumers.
Gaming zone is being popular among people in Bangladesh especially in Dhaka.
People are coming to know about it. They are enjoying this very much. Our
product Body Tag which is a laser tag game that is popular and is being playing
throughout the world. Bangladeshi people are being interested to the digital
gaming zone day by day. So our product will have a potential demand in market.

Market Trends:
Our target market, the youth always wants something thrilling, something they can
enjoy with their friends as a crew, something challenging and fun at the same time
and also which is definitely within their budget. Currently gaming zone are being
popular day by day and the market is offering Ice skating, Billiard and Soccer
table, which is quite petty seeing the entertainment market of Bangladesh and that
is why we believe our Multi Gaming project will be a successful business.

Market growth:
In Bangladesh our Entertainment business is rising more and more constantly. And
thats why our product Body-tag will have a huge demand. So definitely we will
have good profit. As it is seen, more and more companies are coming to this
market daily as the still now there is not enough of gaming and entertainment for
the whole country and as a result this booming industry is quite beneficial for
business.

Industry Analysis:

If we take a look at our nearest country, we can see the below statistics.
There, the normal number of minutes played annually was 413,000 last year.
o The average interval of a game was 7.5 minutes.
o So the average number of games played was 413,000/7.5 =55,066 games.
So we can easily see the huge number of demand for this kind of amusement in our
current socio economic situation.

Industry participants:
At this current moment we dont have any competitors as we are launching the first
multi-gaming zone in Bangladesh. This thing is going to catch the sight of other
people and will be famous as the people here are going to have this for the first
time so we think that some other businessmen will also follow the way we choose
and start their business in this way. So we are sure that we are going to have
competitors but currently we dont have any one.

Main Competitors:
Main competitors are those who have a similar product or service in the market. It
is a major part of a business plan to things about.

Our product Body tag is a new comer with a new game in amusement business
of Bangladesh. So we dont have any direct competitor. But gaming zones are
available in Bangladesh, especially in Dhaka city. So we have some indirect
competitors.
Such as:
Concord group (fantasy kingdom): It is a very popular place in Dhaka. They have
very big gaming zone, they have car racing.

Jamuna Future Park:

It is the biggest shopping complex in Bangladesh and the 2nd biggest in Asia. It
has some gaming zone. Those are becoming popular day by day.

Boshundhara Group :

It was also a popular shopping mall in Dhaka and also in the country. It has also
some gaming zone in it. So it is one of our competitors.

To lead our business, we need not only a customer focused strategy but also
successfully appear those strategies.

Strategy Pyramids:
Body Tag is not only going to catch the sight of young generation but we are also
very confident that this gaming system is going to be popular for all. Like children
who are elder than twelve, teenagers, job holders are going to enjoy this game a
lot . This is a proper entertainment which is completely different. Who doesnt
want a different way of entertainment! Basically the people who like to play high
graphical 3d games they are going to enjoy this multi gaming zone system a lot.

Promotional Tactics:
As we stated before, our promotion strategy will be generally done on the online.
We will deeply depend on digital advertising and marketing to promote our gaming
zone. Facebook is a main target to promote the service. Besides with the help of
Google AdSense we will advertise in very strategic locations like our website,
activity sites, and of course on YouTube Channel.
Also we will do activities in various school/college/university campuses as they
hold a major percentage of our targeted audience. We will set up exclusive LCD
screens that will show Body Tags gaming scenario and also send out the message
of our plan Tag the enthuse in you.

Create awareness among the target customs through individual promotions.

marketing strategy will continue to classify the needs of the amusement market and
to communicate with this audience in the most real and positive manner possible.
Future precaution have already been strategic as challenge will be increase, as
expenses will increase in a number of areas, the demands and prospects of the
customers will as well. Body Tag will continually work to better our service
through improvement and changes in its structure and operation. Quality and
efficiency are just two aims of these changes. The business manager, game mentor
and Chambers School director play key roles in warranting that the Body Tag
continues to grow and succeed.
The growth strategy is based on constant attention to the value of the customer's
experience in combination with identifying chances to expand the parents
participation in the program. Future changes in vital areas, such as the facilities
used for different theme based atmosphere as our customer base grows will present
huge challenges for all aspects of the program.

Positioning Statements:
Body Tag will become the symbol of gaming experience. Whenever people will
think of amusing game Body Tag will cross their minds first. As we are the
marketing leader for presenting this game, we will be holding the market for at
least 3 years until the growth stage.

Pricing Strategy:
As we are providing a premium class new form of gaming experience and
spending high expenditures for sales promotion, we are following market
skimming strategy for pricing our service. After running this strategy for positive
periods we are trying to increase short run sales this we doing promotional pricing
like special packages, off seasonal offerings etc.

We will offer some special packages and on those packages we will give the
consumer free training about the game. As our game is a team game ,if any one
caome with his own team then he or she will have a free training and 10% discount
of the whole payment.

We will issue membership cards. We will issue 3 types of membership card. Such
as: Gold , Silver and Bronze .

Gold membership: The gold members will get 50% discount on the whole
game cost. They will get free t-shirt of green color with our brand logo. For
all these they have to pay some money for the membership card.
Silver membership: The silver members will get 30% discount on the
whole game cost. They will get free t-shirt of blue color also with our brand
logo. For all these advantage those member have to pay less than the gold
member.
Bronze: The silver members will get 15% discount on the whole game cost.
They will get free t-shirt of grey color also with our brand logo. For all these
advantage those member have to pay less than the silver member.

Seasonal offerings: We will break down our selling period into some season. Such
as Spring, Fall and Summer. We will give different discounts and offers on these
different season.

The Finance Department will be run with diligence and must have extensive
financial plans for the coming years in order to the business sustainable. Below is
the capital structure of the company in the Year 1.
In order to analyze the future financial performance of the firm we need to make
certain assumptions.

The total amount of money required to set up the business and to run the

operation in one year is Tk. 5,250,000.

We are four members in the group and we will equally divide the amount

and so each member will pay Tk. 875,000.

All the members are capable of investing Tk. 875,000 each.

Furniture and equipment will be depreciated on straight line basis, estimated

Body Tag-tag the excitement in you. To complete this slogan, yes we are going to
launch the first ever multiple gaming zone in Bangladesh.
The main objective of Body-Tag is to provide new level of experience to the
customers with aapproachable atmosphere.
We are in the era of modern technology. Here nothing can be measured without
technology. For our laser-tag game we have announced a variety of technology
which added a new dimension in our multi-gaming zone. The earlier systems in
laser tag included clunky, bulkyand often times heavy packs with awkward
helmets, battery packs and thick cables. But now everything has been changed.
Now companies are using LED light as a replacement for of one color (generally
white, red or green) light one can easily goes with a pack in one charge .Besides
wireless, sensor, powerful software and radio technology have been additional now
a days.There is a huge market for real life gaming experience and Body-Tag is
going to provide the opportunities to the people.

Youth are always keen to do something thrilling. Our main target customers are
youth and young corporate people. Families and tourists are also in our target. We

soccer table. We hope that Body-Tag will add a new dimension in this arena. As its
the first time in the arena of Bangladesh, we dont have any competitors yet but we
know that every company has some fears. Thats why we take some steps to
compete with the upcoming competitors. We will announce paintball, dance pad,
squash to meet the future challenge.
