Economy and Business Class

1. This fare is capacity controlled. Seats offered at this fare are limited and may not be available on all
flights. All fares are subject to change until purchased.
2. Less than 24 hours from the departure time cancellation is not permitted regardless any booking
class.
3. Flight and Date change only allow if more than 24 hours from the departure time with fare difference
will be imposed accordingly for each passenger and per sector.
4. Cancellation fees for confirm booking is RM 100 per passenger and per sector and the refund will be
paid in form of voucher that will be strictly issued under the passenger s name who is requesting for
cancellation.
5. Voucher is not transferable to a third party and is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Voucher will be identified by a serial number that will be made known to passenger for reference
purpose. Voucher utilization must be within Rayani Air routes or destinations only.
6. Refund will be made to the person who made the purchase and no refunds will be made to third
parties.
7. If booking was made via travel agency or third party, passenger needs to request the refund from the
travel agency or the third party strictly.
8. For airport tax refund, processing fees of RM 10 for per passenger and per sector will be imposed
and the refund will be made to the passenger that made the booking. For airport tax refund kindly
contact our call centre at 03- 2721 4865
9. Free Baggage allowance for Economy class is 20KG and Business class is 40KG.
10. Excess baggage per KG is RM 35.00
11. Route Change / destination change is not allowed.
12. Upgrade to business class is permitted for same schedule/flight only and must be minimum 4 hours
before departure. Relevant charges apply.
