We reserve the right to supply partly goods of other origin.

Quality
We are certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance according to DIN/ISO 9001.

Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the value and the scope of our supply. We shall not
be liable for indirect and/or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss
of production, loss of profit and/or loss of business opportunity.
We shall only be liable for damages caused by wrong information from us on
supplies and/or services to be provided by you, if an engineering fee for such
information has been agreed in writing. In such cases our liability is limited to 30%
of the engineering fee.

Defects liability
The defects liability period shall be 12 months from delivery of the equipment.
Excluded from the defects liability are all defects and damages due to normal wear
and tear and defects or damages, which are caused by improper handling of the
equipment or non-adherence to our instructions for operation and maintenance.
The Defects Liability Period for replaced and/or repaired parts shall be 12 months
after the date of repair/replacement, however in no event longer than 18 months
after delivery of the original delivery item.

General
Any taxes, levies, duties and other fees payable outside the Federal Republic of
Germany shall be for customer's account.
This quotation is based on our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall
be an integral part of any order resulting from this quotation.

Export control
We kindly ask you to inform us about the designated use of the goods.
However, you are obliged to inform us in writing immediately (prior or post to
contract signing) whenever you have suspicion or knowledge that the goods will be
used for the installation in armaments or for the operation of a plant for the
production of armaments or in a plant for nuclear-technical purposes.

General conditions
Standards
All our supplies and services shall be performed in compliance with the applicable
DIN-, VDE- and ISO-Standards as well as the applicable official German
regulations. Our prices include the costs resulting from inspection in manufacturers
works by the German TV (association for technical supervision) or other official
inspection institutions if inspection is required by these regulations for any pressure
vessels or equivalent items included in our scope of supply.
Our equipment shall be supplied as partly completed machinery according to
machinery directive including assembly instructions/instruction manual of the
individual aggregates. The CE declaration of the final machinery shall be in the
responsibility of the buyer.
Anticorrosive protection
Unless anything to the contrary has been specified, machines, parts and ancillary
equipment will receive our standard anticorrosive protection or, where appropriate,
that of our subsupplier.
Limitation of our supply
Our scope of supply is limited to the specified items. Required supporting
structures, platforms, foundation frames, pipe supports, etc. shall be supplied by us
only if expressively specified.
