3 Filled MQ-NRI- STATUS detail in FORMAT SIGNED BY Head of institute
4 Copy of letter addressed to ACPC in regards of surrendering MQ-NRI Seats
(All communication copies).

Advertisement for admission-as per MQ guideline 2016-17

i. Full page of news paper in which advertisement is appeared.
ii. Copy of paper cutting duly signed by Head of institute.
iii. Copy of Bill of advertisement.
iv. Certificate of circulation for competent authority certifying circulation
of newspaper is more than 50000 copies.

Inter-se Merit list& Merit list on Institutes Letter Head strictly as per
format on website :

9 Specimen copy of call letter & copy of speed post/ registered post
receipt (all candidates) (Posting of such call letters shall be at least 7 days
in advance of counseling dates)
10 Attendance Register of counseling
(Attended students must sign the register , in case of absentia authorized
person should mark absent in register & Photocopy of option form of all
students called for counseling if not included in admission form.)

11 Admitted student list (to be endorsed by ACPC) ( DisciplineSpecialization Wise) Institutes Letter Head strictly as per format on

* Candidate's ACPC Merit number included must be from final merit list
only while preparing admitted list.
* Each admitted candidate must have ACPC merit number geunine NRI
candidate.
* Eligibility criterion, Eligible Branch and proper verification of all
documents of admitted candidate should be done at institute level. If during
endorsement process at ACPC ,any candidate found disqualified will solely
responsibility of institute
12 Copy of Admission form of all admitted candidates as per admitted list
along with below mentioned documents attached with self attested by
candidate:
i. Copy of Qualifying Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate
ii. Copy of Qualifying Degree Mark-sheet
iii Leaving certificate/Transfer certificate/migration certificate.
iv Caste Certificate/income certificate/Non creamy layer certificate/other
relevant certificate (whichever applicable)

Additional documents for candidates admitted on NRI/ NRI sponsored

candidates along with admission form:- ( as applicable)
In case of NRI:1. Copy of Qualifying Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate
2. Copy of Qualifying Degree Mark-sheet
3. Copy of passport of admitted student and copy of passport of his/her
mother and/or father proving NRI status.
4. Certificate of equivalence from Association of Indian University, Delhi , if
NRI candidate passed qualified exam from other countries.
5. Affidavit of father/mother of NRI candidate undertaking responsibilities of
tuition fee, other fees and other responsibilities till completion of course.

In case of NRI Sponsored :1. Copy of Qualifying Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate
2. Copy of Qualifying Degree Mark-sheet
3. Proof of sponsorers NRI detail.
4. Copy of passport of sponsorer NRI ( sponsorers signature should be
clearly visible)
5. NOTARISED Affidavit of sponsorer NRI which indicates relation with
student and undertaking responsibilities of tuition fee, other fees and
other responsibilities till completion of course. (Signature of affidavit
should match with signature in passport)

Softcopy consolidated admitted list-institute is mandatory to submit

by e-mail to mq.acpc@gmail.com with subject: MQ-NRI endorsement
list -institute name.

14 OP-EWS category stands open unreserved economically weaker

section for which candidate has produced certificate.
15 All documents for endorsement should be submitted in office box file
strictly as per schedule. By post/registered AD/ Courier will not be accepted
in any case
