Effective immediately be advised of your designation as SCHOOL HUMAN
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR. This is an add-on function which
carries no additional emoluments and you are expected to perform the following
duties and responsibilities:
-

Assist the School Head in maintaining systems and implementing its

components in order to ensure delivery of quality and sustainable HRD
services.
Assist the School Head in the conduct of training and development needs
assessment to all school personnel.
Assist the School Head in the monitoring of the preparation of Individual Plan
for Professional Development to all school personnel.
Assist the School Head and planners in crafting the School Plan for
Professional Development.
Calendar the training and development programs of the school or in the
Schools Division Office.
Assist the School Head in the preparation of training and development
program designs and packages.
Assist the School Head in the conduct of training and development programs.
Assist the School Head in identifying teachers or non-teaching staff for
promotion and retirement.
Assist the School Head in gathering data on welfare needs of the school
personnel.
Assist the School Head in the implementation of reward and recognition
programs.
Prepares School Human Resource Development Work Plan.
Submit HRD reports to the School Head and Schools Division Office.
Perform other related functions as required by the School Head or the
Division T&D Coordinator.
Be guided accordingly.
