HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
CLASSROOM PTA MEETING
JULY 1,2016
AGENDA:
1. INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONER INSIDE THE CLASSROOM

Parents of St. Michael VIII, St. Gabriel VIII, St. Raphael VIII and Angelics VIII
agreed to install air conditioner inside their classroom, while St. Uriel and
St. Sealtiel did not agree.
St. Gabriels parent suggested to collect the total bill every month by their
adviser instead of collecting it from their childrens tuition.
2. INSTALLATION OF WATER DISPENSER
All sections agreed to have their own water dispenser inside the class room.
3. GRADING SYSTEM
No one complained.
4. ELECTION OF CLASSROOM OFFICER
Every section successfully elected their officer, attached here are the list of
officers of each section.
5. RECESS
Some agree to pack their childrens snack while others just nodded and did
not comment.
6. BEHAVIOR OF STUDENTS
Each section discussed the behavior of their students together with their
parents and ask their help to advice their children if necessary.
7. CURTAIN
Parent of St Uriel agreed to provide their own curtain inside the
classroom.
