Introduction

1. Good afternoon sir/madam

2. Thank you. It is my great pleasure to explain about myself.

I am B.R.Sushobhan, from Bhubaneswar. I completed my B-Tech in Mechanical
Engineering with a CGPA of 7.86 from ITER, SOA University. I did my Intermediate
with 71% from KIIT Science College and Matriculation from BJEM School with
79.6%.I am good in mathematics.

3. About my family, we are 4members including me. Father is***. Mother is ***.
And younger brother who is ***.

4. My strength is my confidence, adaptable to any kind of situation, quite

responsible

and

very

much

punctual.

My hobbies are watching cricket, listening music and playing carom, I am a

brilliant striker and a giant in this game.
My goal is to be in a good position working for your company where I can play
main role in companys success.

5. So finally, about myself I would define myself in only three words that are
passionate for my dreams, challenging and flexible. These three things have
always made me to succeed. I like to proof myself by attempting those things,
which are beyond my capability.

My motto in life is to attempt the impossible to make it real.

That's a glimpse of myself as I am still exploring myself.

1. Why choose engineering?

Ans: ENGINEER literally means to make things happen. Engineering is about the
design and production of useful products and services. Engineering know-how
converts scientific knowledge into technology and then technology into successful
innovation.
I chose career in engineering because of the following reasons:

2. What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

Ans:The toughest decision I made is to do a job and start up my career than choosing
to
study
further.
Studies can be taken up anytime but Working needs more patience than
Studying.
3. Why do you want to work at our company?
Ans: Sir, as I am a fresher, I want good platform to start my career, improve my skills
very well and prove my talent. I think your organization is best for improving me
and learning new things so I am very glad to join in your organization. Simply I am
waiting
to
say
your
organization
as
our
organization.
Also I heard that the training given by you for fresher will be too good. Also
employee benefits are more in this company. So definitely, I don't want to miss this
opportunity.
4. Why should I hire you?
Ans: Sir, I am a fresher. I don't have any experience. But I'm confidence that I will give
my best effort, hardworking, and dedication to your company. Because I know this
is the valuable opportunity.
5. How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
Ans: I will work with the company as long as my presence benefits both company and
mine. Like company get good results and I will reach higher position professionally
and economically.
6. How much salary do you expect?
Ans: Sir, I am a fresher so salary is not the first priority for me. I know that if I work
well and achieve good result "THE SALARY WILL MEET MY EXPECTATIONS".
Sir, Today I am fresher so I do not expect my salary as in terms of figure. Therefore,
salary should be sufficient to help me for survive in a city.
7. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Ans: After 5 years, I would like to see myself as a top performing employee. My longterm goal involves growing with a company where I can continue to learn more. I
believe in present, so if I do well in present, definitely my future will be better.

I see myself on the higher position with more accountability and more
responsibility in same the organization.
