Goal
When in the Order tab, and you click the Details button within eBusiness
Center for TeleSales Agent responsibility, you need to display the "view
only" Order Organizer form. and not be able to create or update orders.
How can you prevent users from create news orders from within the
eBusiness Center?

Solution
This involve the following 2 step process:
1. Disable the "New" button on the Order tab from being available in
TeleSales Agent responsibility
If the value of the profile option - OM:Sales Orders Form Preference is
'Quick Sales Order'
Remove the function "Quick Order Entry: External Users" to the TeleSales
Agent menu in System Administrator
OR
If the value of the profile option - OM:Sales Orders Form Preference is
'Sales Orders'
Remove the function "Sales Order: External Users" to the TeleSales Agent
menu in System Administrator
The "New" button will then be greyed out to prevent new orders from being

created
2. Disable the New Order" button and "New Quote" button from the Order
Organizer form under Details
Set the profile ASO : OM Access to "Read Only"
This profile can be set at a responsibility (i.e. TeleSales Agent) or user level
level. Once you set the
profile from the default (i.e. from null value which is "Full Access") to "Read
Only", the "view only" Order Organizer form will then be available (i.e.
without any "new" buttons appearing in the form)
