Earnest money Deposit
Rs. 21,480.00 (Rupees Twenty One Thousand
Four Hundred Eighty only) in form of DD/FDR or
Bank Guarantee Issued by Nationalized Bank &
advised by Government i.e. IDBI Bank, AXIS Bank,
HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank in favour of Superintending
Engineer, GWSSB, Bhuj, Dist.:- Kachchh shall be
issued by any.
2.
The scanned copy of the DD (Tender fees), FDR
(EMD), PAN card, Registration & necessary bank solvency
of current year will have to be uploaded with all others
required documents.
The original DD (Tender Fee), FDR (EMD), copy of
PAN card, copy of Registration certificate, copy of bank
solvency (current year), etc., shall be sent through R.P.A.D.
within 7 (Seven) days from last date of online bid
submission. (i.e. up to Date: 22.02.2016). So as to reach to
concerned office as mentioned in the tender documents

within 7 days from the last date of uploading. For not

submitting D.D. and F.D.R in original bidder shall be banned
to participate in any tender of the GWSSB Board for period
of 3 years as a penalties action.
3. Any document in supporting of tender bid shall be
submitted in electronic format only through online (by
scanning etc.) & hard copy will not be accepted
separately.
4. Bidders who have Registration in E-1-class & above.
5. Scanned copy of registration will have to be uploaded
compulsory.
6. Tender validity period is 120 Days from scheduled
date of opening of Preliminary Bid.
7. Bidders who have experience of lowering laying jointing
M.S/D.I pipe line of diameter minimum 300mm &
minimum length of 0.10 Km. is eligible to participate in
tender, However MOU with approved vendor list of
manufacturer of M.S pipe in notary affidavit will be
considered. The authorized experience Certificate (In
form 3(A) for the same must have to be submitted by
contractor.
8. Contractor must have to upload Affidavit regarding
documents submitted by them are Genuine on the 100/Rs. Non judicial stamp paper as per format attached with
tender documents.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The contractor whose names are registered in the approved contractors of Gujarat State R&B
Dept/PWD/W.R.D. Contract and the Contractors Registered in Category E-1 & above will be permitted to
tender. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors. The scanned
copy of the contractors registration, necessary Bank solvency of current year will have to be uploaded with
other required documents.

The cost of Tender document will not be refund under any circumstances.
EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be accepted. EMD & Tender fees shall be of
Nationalized banks & advised by Govt. i.e. IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, & ICICI Bank.
The offer shall be valid for 180 days from the date of opening of Technical -Bid.

Tenders without tender document fees, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and which do not fulfill all or
any of the condition or submitted incomplete in any respect will be rejected.
Not more than one tender for single work shall be submitted by a tenderer. Bidder can submit the bid
for the package individual. Bidder can apply as individual.
Conditional tender shall not be accepted.
GWSSB reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of package or rejects
any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
The notice shall form a part of contract document.

Bidders who wish to participate in this E-Tender will have to procure valid digital certificate as per
information Technology Act 2000. Bidders can procure this certificate from any of the Government
approved certifying agency i.e. consultancy services.
Bidders shall upload the tender documents after remit the tender fee and EMD in form of DD/FDR or
BG as mentioned above & same will be scan with all documents & purpose of realization of DD/FDR
or BG shall sent original through RPAD only within Three Days from the last day of uploading. This

The Technical Bid will be opened on the specified date online on website http://www.nprocure.com.
Bidders or their representative who wish to participate in online tender opening can log on to
http://www.nprocure.com on the due date and time, mark their presence and participate in online
tender opening. Bidders who wish to remain present at GWSSB premise at the time of tender opening
can do so. Only one representative of each firm will be allowed.
Interested bidders can view detailed tender notice and download tender documents from the website

Bidders who wish to participate in online tender have to register with the website through the New
User Registration link provided on the home page. Bidder will create login id & password on their
own in registration process.
Bidders who wish to participate in e-Tender need to fill data in predefined forms of tender fee, EMD,
experience details and Price bid only.
Bidder should upload scan copies of reference documents in support of their eligibility of the bid.
After filling data in predefined forms bidders need to click on final submission link to submit their
encrypted bid.
