The Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) is a Level 3 Certification program that is designed for
those HR Professionals who are heading their HR departments. This course is providing comprehensive
insights about HR Leaders responsibilities including strategy consultant, executive coaching, managing
HR function, plus critical roles and soft skills needed by any leader to lead successfully.
This program is the first of its kind in Pakistan to polish the leadership skills of HR Heads/Managers to
lead the HR department effectively both on strategic and operational grounds. Moreover program will
prepare the leaders on situational leadership, leadership in crisis, leading change and leaders
development.
This certification program includes an extensive evaluation procedure to certify its successful completion.
Individuals who successfully complete the course and pass the required examination are recognized as
Certified Human Resources Leader and are entitled to use the designation CHRL after their name. This

Eligibility Criteria
Must have minimum 5 Years of Experience in HR Field
with minimum one year as Head HR or Manager HR.
If candidate is Certified Senior Human Resources
Professional (CSHRP) from Highly Keen- The HR Institute
then at-least 4 Years of Experience in HR Field with
minimum one year experience as Head HR or Manager
HR.

Balanced Scorecards, Structures, HR Policies and Procedures as well as designing their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based Performance
