Analyzer Update
1 In this version
This release contains support for new and updated file formats. There are updates for most
technologies that Actix supports, with changes falling under the following categories:
In LTE, added support for Pilot Pollution for LTE Scanner/Handset data.

64-bit Analyzer now installs 64-bit Microsoft SQL Server Express 2012.

An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from decoding Scanned MNC and
Scanned MCC information.
A problem has been resolved that caused Analyzer to crash while loading specific TEMS
Pocket log files.
Added support for new DRX attributes in the Attach Request and Tracking Area Update
messages. New attributes are:
GPRS_MM_DRX_SplitPGCycCode
GPRS_MM_DRX_CNSpecCycLenCoeff
GPRS_MM_DRX_SplitOnCCH
GPRS_MM_DRX_NonDRXTimer
Added support for Control Format Indicator in Ding Li file format. The new attribute set has
been named as LTE_UE_CFI.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from decoding and setting the RSCP
information for some Ding Li log files.
An issue has been fixed that caused Analyzer to set incorrect values of the attribute
LTE_UE_Power_TX_Max.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from setting Data Testing attributes when
loading Huawei Probe version 3.14 log files containing FTP data.

A problem has been resolved that prevented Analyzer from decoding System Information
Block (SIB) messages from specific Nemo LTE scanner log files.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from loading Nemo Handy Scanner log
files.
A problem has been resolved that caused Analyzer to set incorrect values for Application
Throughput when multiple context IDs per task were used in the FTP download.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from setting the attribute
LTE_UE_BLER_DL_for_Carrier in Nemo log files.
Added Support for Qualcomm message "HS Decode Status with Data" version 13.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from setting the attribute
LTE_UE_RB_Num_DL when loading a LTE Single Carrier log file.
A problem has been resolved that caused Analyzer to crash while loading specific
Swissqual to Romes converted log files.

An issue has been fixed that caused Analyzer to set incorrectly the attribute
SwissQual_Campaign_Name.
A problem has been resolved that prevented Analyzer from decoding CSFB data in case of
calls redirected to CDMA network.
The release improves the algorithm for deriving the timestamps from each message
decoded in Swissqual file format.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from setting TCP, IP, and RTP attributes
in Swissqual log files.
An issue has been fixed that caused Analyzer to decode the SIB type19 only partially.
VIAVI support
Support was added for the VIAVI version 19.1-4 file format.
A problem has been identified and fixed that prevented Analyzer from setting relevant
Downlink measurement attributes, such as Modulation Code Scheme(MCS), Resource
Block(RB), Rank Indicator(RI), Transport Block(TB) and Precoding Matrix Indicator(PMI) in
specific AHD VIAVI log files.

An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from generating the sub-streams by
UARFCN in case of UMTS Scanner log files.
A problem has been resolved that caused Analyzer to detect false CSFB call setup failures
due to out-of-sequence timestamps.
An issue has been fixed that prevented Analyzer from setting VoLTE, SIP, and RTP
attributes in VIAVI AHD version 1.40 log files.
Support was added for new frames introduced in the VIAVI Aggregator Feature. Relevant
attributes such as Physical Throughput, Resource Block Usage, Frame Utilization, and
Modulation Code Scheme are now set using the new frames.
Generic
An issue has been fixed in the ASN.1 decode that caused Analyzer to display incorrect
values of QoS (MBR and GBR, for DL and UL) when QCI=1.
In GSM, the release fixes an issue that caused Analyzer to detect false dropped calls.
In LTE, support was added for Measurement GAP Assisted HO. New attributes and
events are:
LTE_Event_MeasGap_Setup
LTE_Event_MeasGap_Release
LTE_RRCMeasGap_Duration
In LTE, fixed an issue that caused Analyzer to detect an incorrect technology change in
case of LTE-CDMA dual mode devices.
In LTE, support was added for tracking the Meas ID (reported in the Measurement Report)
that matches the corresponding Meas ID reported in RRC Connection Reconfiguration
message, allowing users to more easily identify the Event Name (such as A3, A2, B2,
etc.).
In LTE, support was added for Pilot Pollution for LTE Scanner and LTE Handset data. The
new events/thresholds are:

4 Platform improvements
4.1 Map
This release fixes an issue with the Label Properties dialog box in the Map layer Control.
This release fixes several issues with the Map Legend that prevented Analyzer from
displaying the expected Layers as reported in the Layer Type column of the cellref.
4.4 Repository
64-bit Analyzer now installs 64-bit Microsoft SQL Server Express 2012 (32-bit Analyzer
installs the 32-bit version of Microsoft SQL Server Express 2012).
This release fixes a problem where a string for Time would not be properly formed when
loading more than one file.
This release fixes minor bugs in the User-Defined Scanner Streams functionality.
