Documents to be handed over along with Export

Cargo to Vega are: 1. Airway Bill set in Original, along with photocopies (six no) can be
handed over at Ludhiana or Delhi (Scanned copy is required at
Ludhiana)
2. Ensure issuance of carting order from Airlines (Online)
3. Custom File for COC (Custom out-off charge) will be done by Vega
representative with EGM filing and transhipment permit with
customs
4. Shipping Bill with LET EXPORT ORDER from customs in Original
5. Shipment Invoice and packing list, duly attested by customs
6. GSP/Certificate of origin, fumigation certificate or anything else will
be handed over at Ludhiana or Delhi Airport with Airway Bill Bunch
7. Non-DG or DG with MSDS form should be on Exporters Letterhead
with duly signed and stamped
8. 3 copies of security declaration in prescribe format on Freight
Forwarders letterhead can be handed over at Ludhiana or Delhi
9. 2 copies of PDA declaration on Freight Forwarders IATA letterhead
duly mentioned PDA number with either CHA account or Forwarders
account to deduct TC (Terminal Charges) at IGI Airport, New Delhi.
10.
Tin of the shipper for issuance of EICC receipt required at
border
