Each edition brings together an exciting mix of brands and products that are

We have never been so spoilt for product choice. Here’s an overview:
We have the reintroduction of exclusive products such as the European
Philips flat screen panels and the finest Hozan hand tools direct from Japan;
We have the evolution of the Pro2 range. As interconnecting devices become
more advanced and complex, Pro2 continues to make them easier to use. At
the start of 2010, the first Pro2 catalogue was released;
The Doss range of products for trade has expanded, combining rock solid
performance with the industry’s best price. A full Doss trade catalogue is in
the pipeline;
We are being introduced to the big overseas manufacturers like McLelland,
Uni-T and Digiair. With direct relationships with manufacturers, we can
customize product to suit your needs;
Our local distributorships have flourished. We can offer specific solutions for
the Aussie market as well as the best in approved product.
RADIO “LOADS OF” PARTS
In 2009 we did an overhaul of the warehouse, installing everything from:
Racking for increased storage,
Surveillance cameras to monitor every parcel that leaves the warehouse,
Same day dispatch,
Reduced average delivery times for domestic carriers; and increased stock
holdings and stock on hand for nearly every SKU.
With the added confidence in our inventory control, we display the current
stock availability on our website for every product.

THE WEB
The Radio Parts website is among the most advanced in the industry, but we
are taking another big step forward in 2010. We have invested in the latest,
most advanced office hardware. In 2010, we will rollout new technologies
that will allow trade accounts to better track orders, access prices, invoices
and statements and more easily browse through information. We will also
attempt to add more pictures to product pages, like action photos, video clips,
related products and detailed descriptions. We hope that the site will make it
easier for everyone to trade.
TRADE 1, 2, 3
We have 3 advertised trade breaks. As is the case with the retail price, we
check trade prices against our competitors and set our prices consistently
below the competitors for every trade break.

WELCOME...
TRADE 3 OR "The End Advertised Price"
“Authorised dealers” receive our Trade 3 (or end advertised price) for any
purchase quantity and are often entitled to further discounts when certain
order quantities are achieved. Radio Parts doesn’t expect our dealers to
stock thousands of products, so this allows them to buy in product or
operate with lower stock levels without the risk of tying up their cashflow,
warehouse space or being stuck with stock.
For the major brand name products, this Trade 3 (End Advertised Price)
often represents the price that a dealer would get buying directly from the
source. For example, to buy one Uniden phone directly from Uniden costs
say $50ex. This would be the end advertised price. A dealer gets the same
price if they order 1 phone from Uniden or 1 phone from Radio Parts.
So Radio Parts offers the same deal, but we don’t have the minimum
yearly purchasing requirements of these brands. Radio Parts also offers
telephone accessories, cabling and peripherals that are also at a dealer
price.
BULK PRICE BREAKS
Bulk pricing is available only when a minimum order quantity is reached.
These prices may be for a reseller, wholesaler, larger contract or to compete
against the large order quantities and lower prices of our international
competition.
In the example above, Uniden may offer a 1up price break of $50ex and 4up
price break of $45ex for authorised resellers. Our bulk price will reflect their
price ($45ex) and quantity requirements (4 units) for their telephones.
We believe that our system is enticing for trade and resellers alike, but if you
have questions or a special requirement, please let a member of our sales
force know!
THE SHOWROOM
Hopefully you are familiar with the first phase of the showroom rollout.
We have: Doubled the number of products on display, introduced interactive
displays & sorted products according to category.
In 2011, sound rooms will be simplified and upgraded. More interactive
displays will be added for brands like Pro2, McLelland, ResiLinx and Doss.
We want to make your visit as interesting and informative as possible.
It has been said that a successful business only needs 3 ingredients: Profit,
happy workers and happy customers. You can’t run a business with only 2

Our buying team has been sourcing more variety of product lines from overseas and
locally. We are committed to find the right product for you at your request even if
MORE we haven’t traditionally stocked an item. Although minimum order value and forward
STOCK, MORE CHOICE payment may apply, when our supplier has a product you need we will do our best to
get it to you.

We trust you will find this catalogue is still the most practical tool to assist you finding
the right product for the job! Again, this year we have tried to amalgamate our catalogue
MORE and website so customers can browse both with familiarity. The significant difference is

Unless otherwise requested, Radio Parts will elect to use Road Freight which will deliver

normal post. We also offer same day or point-to-point delivery to Melbourne areas.

Our team of Sales Representative has increased and now covers a greater area
