1. The case writing will be based on the case/real story you have chosen.
2. Choose your own creative title.
3. Guide on the contents of the case (just a guideline, you may write according to your creativity so
that your case sound interesting):
3.1 Introduce the background of the main actor of the case, including how he/she died, what
are the estate he/she left behind, who are the rightful heirs to the estate, any issue of will
forgery, etc.
3.2 Describe the parties involved in the estate tussle. If there were court decisions, what were
the decisions made. How long has it been taken to fight for the estate, how was the relationship
of the family/heirs etc.
3.3 Describe how the case was settled.
3.4 If you are the person in this case study, what you would have done?
4. References to be include and written in APA style.
5. Pages: 5 pages to 15 pages exclude the covering and reference page.
