2.2 Level II: Program Management Office


The staffing of the Program Management Office (PMO) will consist of the Project Manager, Key
business stake holders from SANMAR, Cognizants SAP Project Manager, Cognizants SAP
Cluster Leads from Cognizant. These individuals will work in coordination with members of the
client team and share responsibility for the development, execution and dissemination of various
processes, tasks, standards and deliverables.

Ensure robust project management, quick issue escalation and resolution as required

Ensure knowledge transfer, shared learning and reuse across projects

Participate in Executive Management discussions and ensure that the group is kept
informed about engagement progress and outstanding issues
