Sub: Appointment as my personal driver
Welcome on board! I am pleased to appoint you as my personal driver with a monthly salary
of Rs. 14000/- for 12 hours of duty commencing from 8 am 8 pm. Post 8 pm you are
subjected to receive an Overtime cost of Rs. 50 per hour. You are requested to join the duty
from 1St February, 2016.
Please submit the following documents as part of your employment:
1. Drivers License along with proof of renewal issued by the Maharashtra Motor
vehicle Department
2. Proof of your identity ID card
3. Medical Certificate / Fitness certificate
Also, you are obliged to: 1. Obey the traffic rules
2. Always carry your driving license and other related documents during driving the
vehicle
3. Do not drink and drive the vehicle, if found to have drunk and driven your
employment shall be ceased and terminated from service
4. Drive safely and be considerate on the road you are driving.
5. Concentration on the road is required
6. Do not attempt to drive on platform or payment
7. You MUST NOT use a hand-held mobile phone, or similar device, when driving or
when supervising a learner driver, except to call 101 in a genuine emergency when it
is unsafe or impractical to stop.
My signature below indicates my acceptance of this offer of employment and my
understanding that my employment in the position is dependent, in part, upon continued
satisfactory performance. I acknowledge that my employment is at will, that this is not an
employment contract, and that my position may be terminated at any time for unsatisfactory
performance, misconduct, or for any other reasons.
