1.4 Building Environment Inspection


(Cleanness, Temperature, Humidity etc).

Inspection Criteria

No apparent water trace on the floor,


walls or ceiling of the equipment
room or on any indoor article.
The air conditioner shall working
normally.
Before installing the equipment, the
civil engineering and decoration of
the equipment room should be
completed.
In the equipment room or nearby,
there is a fire-fighting equipment
that located within its validity period.

1.4 Building Environment Inspection


(Cleanness, Temperature, Humidity etc).

Inspection Criteria

The equipment room, including the


floor, should be cleaned, and no
evident dust can be felt by hand on
any device.
There are no sundries (installation
materials irrelevant to operation,
like cartons or remnant cables or
wastes left after construction.

Inspection Criteria

The door and windows of the


equipment room, as well as the
cable-through holes leading outside,
should be sealed properly.

The equipment room is not allowed


to store flammable, explosive,
corrosive, or heat producing object
(such as paint, gasoline, and
electric cooker).

1.5 Equipment Power Supply Inspection

Please check the voltage is enough/correct before we connect the power


cable to the ZXCTN 6300.
The breaker at Rectifier (existing or new) shall be at minimum value of 16A.

1.6 Grounding Requirement


When the user equipment provide only one grounding busbar, the cable
connection as per below diagram.

1.7 Unpacking Material


Unload the equipment carefully & do not expose the equipment to direct
sunshine or rain.
Check if the goods are complete & meet the order requirement accordingly to
the order/contract & delivery note.
Lay down the wooden case horizontally before opening.
Handle the equipment with care & make sure that the coating of the
equipment is not damaged.
Use a curved claw hammer to lift along the edge of upper cover board.
Handle the equipment with care & make sure that the coating of the
equipment is not damaged.
The wooden packing case of ZXCTN 6300 is shown in Figure 1.

2.2 Installation Preparation.


The arrangement, installation position, direction of cabinet should meet the
requirement mentioned in the engineering design drawing.
In case of installation with no feet, below are the steps :
a. Unscrew the four feet from the bottom of the cabinet.
b. Place the marking template at the place where the cabinet to be installed.
c. Mark the positions of the mounting holes & ensure the holes size
are correct.

Remarks : The marking template is a template that shipped with ZXCTN


6300 equipment marking & it has the same size as equipment base.

2.3 Installation Requirement.


The cabinet should be installed upright and firm. The vertical/horizontal
deviation should not exceed 0.1% of cabinet height.
The vertical distance between top cabling through & cabinet top should not be
less than 200mm.
All fastening components should be completed & firmly assembled.
When the cabinet arranged side by side, the space/gap among the cabinet
should be even & not greater than 3mm.

Warning !

Drilling holes on the cabinet without permission is forbidden as it


will damage the cabling inside & cause short circuit in the circuit
board.

2.4 Dismounting Cabinet Front Door.


Open the front door to about 90 angle.
Remove the ground cable from the grounding terminal on the bottom of the front door.
Hold the front door, pull the upper & lower door pivots off the pivot sleeve on the cabinet.
Turn the door pivot until they are locked to the pivot baffle.
Hold the front door & slant it outward slowly.

Use screwdriver to remove the fastening screw on the cabinet back door.
Hold the back door, and slant it outward slowly.
Hold it from both sides & lift it to separate the alignment hole at the bottom door from
the alignment pin.

2.5 Installing Cabinet.

2.5.1 Installing Cabinet on Concrete Ground (without legs)

** Pre-requisites
Before placing the cabinet, please remove 4 legs located at the bottom cabinet.
Steps :
Mark the position of mounting holes using the marking template.
Remove the marking template & drill four 16mm with depth 75mm.
Clean the floor & place 2 horizontal insulating washer on front/back or left/right hole.
Make sure the hole of insulating washer align with the hole at concrete ground.
Insert 4 expansion bolts (M12*100) into the hole insulating washer.
Move the cabinet to the installation position, and align the mounting holes on the
cabinet with expansion bolts.
Place a flat washer, spring washer & nut on each expansion bolt.
Adjust the cabinet position, then fasten the nuts to fix the cabinet on the concrete
ground.
Figure XX shows illustrate the installation cabinet on the concrete ground without legs
