    TO GET THE INDEX CONSTITUENTS LIST USE:

    Bloomberg: member function (MEMB) can be used to obtain the list of index
    constituents. Historical information (typically from 2001) is available by using the
    Edit option to change the date. The results can then be exported to Excel
    NOTE: index constituents change over time!
